Loihde Plc is lowering its revenue guidance for the digital development business since the company has agreed to divest the business operations of its Swedish subsidiary Loihde Advisory AB and the weakening market situation in Finland has increased uncertainty. Loihde will announce the divestment in a press release on 22 August 2023. Loihde Advisory AB is a small company that provides digital development services and its operations have represented only a small part of the service portfolio of Loihde Group. The company has 10 employees.
The guidance on the revenue of the security business remains unchanged. The company's guidance on the Group's adjusted EBITDA also remains unchanged.
Updated guidance for 2023
In 2023, Loihde expects revenue from the security business to increase more than 10% and revenue from the digital development business to remain at approximately the same level as last year or increase.
The Group’s adjusted EBITDA is estimated to improve compared to 2022, when it was EUR 10.3 million.
